DIRECTIONS: On freshly cleansed skin, apply a pea-sized amount to eye area using your ring finger, gently tapping along orbital bone (upper & lower lids), careful not to get too close to eyelashes. NOTE: You may see brown flecks in the formula. That's just the natural Colloidal Oatmeal (finely ground oats).
TIPS:
#1: For maximum results, use morning & evening on both upper and lower lids, careful not to get too close to your lashes.
#2: In the morning if applying eye make-up, you may want to use a little less product than your nighttime ritual.
